50 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Performs proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential/actual security threats.
Investigates, documents and manages security incidents and hazards.
Maintains knowledge/follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans.
May facilitate planned drills and simulations.
Trains and mentors staff on environment of care and emergency management processes and procedures.
Provides information and assistance to staff and visitors to promote safety.
Provides for traffic and parking enforcement within campus area and participates in foot and vehicle patrols.
o Reports potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
o Operates vehicle in a safe and responsible manner to avoid accidents and traffic or parking violations.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
Drivers License credentialed from the New York Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
BLS Provider.
Law Enforcement.
Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior TrainingInternational, Inc.
Security Guard credentialed from the New York Department of State.
Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
