- Help to Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured activities and free play.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or updates.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and daycare facility.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in daycare, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
