Having the ability to troubleshoot, identify and repair is HUGE.
Knowing what you know, and not being afraid to take guidance for what you DON'T know is even more important! Having the ability to figure things out and not being afraid to do so is where you'll thrive here with us! Detail oriented - We juggle a lot of balls around here.
Our business covers everything from Real Estate, to Property Management, to Construction & Rehabilitation services, to our awesome new CoWorking Space! We need someone forward thinking who is proactive in taking action and not reactive to respond.
A Go-Getter who works well independently and with a team.
Responsibilities Include:
General contracting and repair work- inclusive of all facets of construction - from the ground up Maintenance of Rental Properties and CoWorking facility General communication with our teammates to keep things fluidly in motion.
Tasks include:
General construction, upkeep and maintenance responsibilities, clean up, sheetrock, painting, assistance with general labor tasks, grounds, and snow removal and so.
