Appointment Coordination:
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of daily operations.

Master of Administration:
Handle various administrative tasks, from organizing paperwork to maintaining accurate records and files.
Utilize your expertise with QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions, invoicing, and payments efficiently.
Small Business Savvy:
Leverage your experience working with small businesses to contribute creative ideas and support our growth initiatives.
Be a proactive problem-solver, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes Local Pride:

Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Additional relevant certifications and course work is a plus.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, enabling you to efficiently manage financial aspects of the business.
