Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions - Knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management and pricing - Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Technical knowledge or experience in electronics or jewelry sales is highly desirable As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you can utilize your excellent customer service skills and sales expertise.
