Sales Representative - NO COLD CALLS / Work from Home
Cater & Jones Agency (powered by Symmetry Financial Group) is looking for a sales representative at least 18 year of age to join our fast growing in our nationwide remote sales office.
This person will actively engage with potential clients who have requested our services.
The ideal candidate must want a new opportunity see themselves as a problem solver, have belief in themselves, enjoys a good challenge, loves to help people, is coachable, bring value to the team, keeps open and honest communication, possess good energy, accepts responsibility, has confidence, works with a sense of urgency, and seeks time and money freedom.

Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales.
Meet and exceed targets - Achieve your own monthly set goal.
Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
Requirements:
Licensed or Unlicensed Schedule Appointments Experience in selling a product or service Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals Advanced skills in communicating Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Self Motivated & Detail Oriented Must be Coachable Must have an entrepreneurial mindset What you can expect:

Part Time 1-2 sales per week:
$500- $1k.
Average Full Time 3-5 sales per week:
$1,500-$2,500.
Above Average 6-8 sales per week:
$3-5k.
