Responsibilities:
oImplements and monitors patient care plans.
Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
oServes as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
oNotes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
oAssesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Complexity of Work:
oWithin scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
oFollows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Recommended Skills Critical Thinking Decisive Health Care Nursing Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
