Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.
Develops growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership.
Supports financial, budget and business goals.
Ensures that staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider's work schedules.
May assist with the development and implementation of the physician compensation system.
Monitors the billing and collection functions.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Work
Experience:
o Clinical experience preferred o 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
Complexity of Work:
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Oversees daily operations of practice including but not limited to services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
